There is a church on Hiway 66 which runs east and west through one of our neighboring cities in Northern Colorado. Whoever prepares the marquee out in front of that church is really clever. Over the years I have seen various billings that succinctly convey a message that is contemporary, as well as a NEEDFUL reminder.
We live in an increasingly challenging world which presents a plethora of enticing distractions to make us veer off course. This last one I saw a few days ago also had a pertinent communication meant for us to give pause....
Here is what the sign maker suggests we consider. It is worded like an advertisement for skin protection.

Below that caution was the following wording on the drawing of a lotion bottle.
SON SCREEN
(READ THIS AS "SON" SCREEN)
Spot on about WHO we can turn to for protection,
don't you think!
